Mendie Triguero

Starting in the Registrar’s Office at DBU and working on-site events while raising her kids, Mendie has grown with Meritage through every stage—from part-time office assistance to becoming the operational backbone who keeps the entire company humming. As General Manager, she oversees everything from program operations and staffing to policies and procedures, ensuring seamless transitions between sales and execution while helping chase those big-picture Meritage dreams.

Her greatest pride? Raising two amazing adult children who are loving, kind, and successful—though she’s also pretty accomplished at morning walks with her sister, evening strolls with her husband and dogs Baxter and Buddy, and baking cookies that disappear faster than event RSVPs (her house is always open for friends, family, and a good game night).
