From rigging lights at Illinois State University to opening a live music venue, running her own wedding planning company in St. Louis, and producing massive events like Cardinals Opening Day and the NHL Winter Classic, Nichole (a.k.a. Stratton) brings a rock-solid foundation in both the technical and creative sides of event production. Now as Senior Lead Producer, she seamlessly blends graphic design and marketing assets with full event production, taking concepts from initial spark through flawless execution.
Her biggest professional highlight isn’t the A-list clients or exotic locations (though those are pretty great too)—it’s watching small local businesses flourish through the events ecosystem, whether that’s helping a talented photographer break into corporate work, connecting an amazing florist with bigger opportunities, or coaching a husband-wife photobooth duo on turning their passion into a thriving revenue stream, because when events are done right, they create powerful networks of good that lift entire communities.
