Armed with a Public Relations degree from Syracuse and a background planning real estate conferences, Nicole joined Meritage in 2012 as a program manager before discovering her true calling on the sales side in 2017—now she leads the amazing sales team with a philosophy built on genuine relationships with clients and vendor partners alike. Her most unforgettable highlight? Pulling off a repeat client’s program in Barcelona during the thick of COVID, proving that when you’re this good at what you do, even a global pandemic can’t stop the magic from happening.
These days, Nicole’s favorite hobby is “mom-ing”—chasing around her two young daughters Emma and Kayla alongside husband Jonathan, though she’s also discovered that watching an episode of Friends can solve just about any problem life throws your way (a philosophy that’s surprisingly effective in both parenting and sales).
