Player Hosted Tour Experience

When the FedEx St. Jude’s Championship came to Memphis, Meritage had the pleasure of working with two large Oil and Gas companies to create a one-on-one experience with a PGA Tour Player. From the golfer wearing the company logo on his hat and sleeve throughout the tournament to a hosted post-round meet and greet to custom giveaways that matched the golfer’s hat and shirt. This was not only an immersive opportunity for their key local customers but it also created an internal excitement for associates around the country to see a player atop the leaderboard all week sporting their company logo on TV.

Beauty Client Exposition Event

Starting off with a small local event for brand training, a big vision came to life.  The dream was to bring the fun and flashiness of the flagship store to the brand training booth. As we started the design process, the vision grew into something bigger and bolder; playing with color, lighting and video walls to stand out amoungst other booths and amaze the masses. Attendees loved the whimsical setup and the founder of the brand was wowed with design, showcase and execution. We were delighetd to assist such a remarkable brand to shine at the beauty industry tradeshow event.

The core “store” elements we created included the sleek white cabinetry, a polished driftwood-look floor and signature accent chairs. Below are the final renderings of the space prior to installation.

Hybrid Non-Profit Summit

We were thrilled when approached by a local software company to help produce their annual product update event. This client provides software solutions for nonprofit and public sector organizations, who often don’t have the budgets to travel to live events. Our solution? Bring the content to their audience. The client gave attendees the option of attending the live summit in Austin or simply streaming from the comfort of their home or office. We produced their hybrid live/livestreaming event from a wonderful studio in Austin, TX where we accommodated the live audience; providing coffee, meals and other refreshments throughout the day.

We coordinated live streaming from a remote location in Seattle, Washington, where their keynote speaker lives; facilitating an insightful Q&A between said keynote and our live host in Austin. Remote attendees were engaged through social media and encouraged to submit questions, concerns and comments of their own in real-time. The day concluded with a small reception at a nearby venue to give the in person attendees an additional networking opportunity.

International Sales & Marketing Meeting

When a major retail brand (and Meritage client since 2009) needed a partner to execute their annual sales & marketing meeting in different locations each year – Meritage came to the rescue. Typically, a week long meeting with a travel component, Meritage has planned and executed events from Texas to Arizona to California to Hawaii. More than 700 attendees have taken part in these international sales meetings each year, which also included themed dinners, spouse activities and onsite staff and registration.

Major Hotel Brand Client Event

When a worldwide hotel brand needed to turn a blank venue into a sampling of different properties worldwide, they called Meritage. Custom buildouts and décor transformed the space so the more than 400 attendees could network and immerse themselves in the experience. They were even treated to the cites top restaurants, all brought to them that evening.

SXSW Showcase

For SXSW 2015, Meritage turned a non-traditional venue space into a multi-day epicenter to help a major multinational financial services corporation showcase a new online payment application. The look of the space completely changed twice daily, with custom buildouts, branding and product displays. Over three days, more than 1000 people flowed through the space to experience celebrity appearances by Brooklyn Decker, Colin Kaepernick, Drew Brees and Larry Fitzgerald (with the Lombardi trophy!). There was a taping by the Jimmy Kimmel show, a performance by Jamestown Revival and even a private concert with John Legend.

Board of Directors Dinner

When does a ballroom become much more than a ballroom? When Meritage is on the project. Each year, we transform the exact same ballroom to create a uniquely beautiful, high-end space for an intimate dinner of 30 for a corporation’s Board of Directors to network and celebrate.

Corporate State of the Industry Meeting

For this multi-day corporate meeting for 300, Meritage executed daytime meetings with dynamic A/V production as well as six themed dinners that took place all over Dallas on the same night.

Customer Summit & Formula 1 Race Weekend

When an Austin-based software company invited 50 top clients and guests to an exclusive customer summit and Formula 1 Race Weekend, Meritage delivered. There were high-end meeting looks with a digital wall and integrated A/V production as well as themed dinners, executive gifts and evening entertainment by the Doobie Brothers and Cheap Trick.

Industry Partnership Annual Conference & Expo

Each year, Meritage assists in, executing a national conference, helping to double attendance each year to more than 1,000 participants. As a collaboration between the public and private sectors, the event requires extensive logistical planning in everything from the meeting set ups and onsite registration to wayfinding and branding.

Annual Law Association Conference

Meritage was proud to work with a Northeastern law association to produce a multi-day experience for 200 attendees in Austin, Texas. With food trucks, fun décor, executive gifts and lots of entertainment, the event was designed to show off all the great things Austin has to offer.

Annual Executive Summit Welcome Dinner

For 3 years, Meritage has worked with a well known global computer technology company to produce and execute their Executive Summit Welcome Dinner. The venue space was completely transformed, with an eye toward making it possible for more than 600 attendees to have ample access to food and drinks while networking; it was also critical for all the guests to be gifted with custom hats in less than 3 hours.
